This argumentative essay or opinion essay involves stating your own point of view immediately, and trying to convince the reader by reasoned argument that you are right with facts, definitions and details.
In the introduction Introduce the topic briefly in general terms, and then state your own opinion.
In the body of the essay, give a couple of arguments to support your opinion.
In the conclusion do not repeat your point of view again: end your essay with something memorable, for example a quotation or a direct question.
Do not write about advantages or disadvantages or points for or against.
Do not use emotive vocabulary and do not give personal examples.
